Companies Act

Companies have an obligation under the Companies Acts to conduct their affairs in a certain manner. The Companies Registration Authority oversees the compliance of companies and it is the statutory body for registering new companies in Ireland. Once a company has been incorporated both the company and its officers have certain obligations under the Companies Acts, including the obligation to file certain documents.
